Job Summary:
Responsible for:
Providing business
solutions related
services to Infotech
clients in the areas of
product demonstrations;
requirements gathering;
solution identification
and scoping; training
and implementation;
support and system
testing; service desk
support; custom
development and product
tailoring; system
monitoring and
maintenance; and
business process
documentation.
To this end, the
position requires that
the individual attain
and maintain all
certifications/competencies
required for the
solution mix covered.
This position may
require travel to
foreign clients and work
outside of normal
business hours as
needed.

Skills and
Experience:
The following
skills or the equivalent
in experience are
required attributes for
the successful
candidate:

First Degree in
Computer Science or
a related discipline
-
First Degree or
equivalent
professional
qualification in
Accounting or
Business Management
-
At least three (3)
years practical
experience in or
providing support to
relevant Business
Solutions.

Certification in
Foundation of
identified solution
mix (e.g. Financials
& Distribution).
New Hires will be
allowed a six (6)
month probationary
period to attain
certifications.
