Solution: Microsoft’s Dynamic GP Solution

JSE was faced with inefficient processing of financials, which prevented their Finance Department from producing reports in a timely manner.

They also wanted to reduce their reliance on MS Excel and to a find a system that would facilitate growth. JSE decided to upgrade to MS Dynamics GP realising that it would be a natural progression from their present Real World System to MS Dynamics GP given that Microsoft had acquired Real World and was investing heavily in R&D to develop its MS Dynamics GP Solution as the upgrade platform from Real World. Not only did MS Dynamics GP provide all the modules available in the Real World application, but enhanced features and functionality, integration capabilities, ease of a modular or phased implementation, scalability to meets the organisation’s growing needs and a current technology platform leveraging the Microsoft platform and MS Office.

Suzette Mc Naught – Manager, Information Technology Department found that Infotech’s proposal and corresponding vendor recommendation inspired confidence in them just “knowing” that Infotech would be able to deliver on its promise and provide just the solution required for JSE.
