Infotech Caribbean Limited has signed an agreement to become an implementer and reseller of Sitecore’s Web Content Management software throughout the Caribbean.
Infotech will work with Sitecore to provide Customer Engagement Platforms, Web Content Management Systems (WCM), Digital Marketing Systems (DMS), eCommerce, Social Media Connectivity and Solution Accelerators (SA) for organisations who wish to have a fully enabled Content Management back end system which functions independently of a Website Developer. Traditionally, organizations are used to “outsourcing” their content updates and digital marketing to a web development company or agency, however with Sitecore’s robust platform, organisations are now fully empowered to make these changes and essentially manage web content themselves, deliver tailored web content and even allow prospective clients to contribute to content - essentially delivering an improved web experience while providing significant cost savings.
Sitecore represents the best-of-breed in WCM systems and is positioned as a leader and a visionary in the Gartner 2011 Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management providers.
"Infotech is very excited about this new partnership with Sitecore as it represents our continued efforts to provide end to end IT solutions to our clients” says Chief Operating Officer, Graham Leitch. “This partnership with Sitecore allows us to provide solutions that tap into cloud, social media, adaptive content delivery, integration to sales and marketing systems (CRM) and so many of the new media concepts that organizations demand."
Currently the Sitecore Customer Engagement Platform is being implemented by Infotech in organisations locally both in the Public and Private sectors.
